  • Payment in full is required to hold your reservation.
  • Group discounts apply to more than 4 people in your group.
  • Each trip has different minimum number of guests required to operate. We will notify you 4 days prior if we have not met the minimum and you can reschedule or get a refund. Please see trip details for minimum number of guests.
  • All major credit cards are accepted. We cannot accept cash. Checks can be accepted if booked 30 days or more in advance.

CANCELING ONE DAY TRIPS

  • You can cancel or modify your reservation at any time before 72 hours (3 days) from your departure date
  • Full refund or credit for changes or cancellations before 72 hours (3 days) of the departure date.
  • We cannot offer a refund for changes or cancellations made within 72 hours (3 days) of the departure date.
  • If WE have to cancel for any reason you get a full refund or credit, this includes not meeting our minimum.
  • If you use a gift card or credit and change your reservation these policies apply to that value.

CANCELING OVERNIGHT TRIPS

  • You can cancel or modify your reservation at any time 10 days ahead of your departure date
  • Full refund or credit for changes or cancellations 10 days ahead of the departure date.
  • We cannot offer a refund for changes or cancellations made within 10 days of the departure date.
  • If WE have to cancel for any reason you get a full refund or credit, this includes not meeting our minimum.
  • If you use a gift card or credit and change your reservation these policies apply to that value.

WEATHER

Strong wind, heavy rain, and lightning are generally the only conditions that we have to cancel trips for. The weather at the Channel Islands is localized and we monitor it carefully. We may make inclement weather cancellations up to three days in advance but most cancellations are made within 12 hours of departure. In some cases, we won’t cancel until the morning of your trip. We do our best to make the right call, but we always hedge to caution.

COVID-19

Current federal law requires all passengers aboard an ocean-going vessel to wear a face-covering at all times in order to slow the spread of COVID-19. We require you to have your mask at all times. We ask that you use good judgment while onboard our vessels and maintain social distancing whenever possible.
