  • Payment in full is required to hold your reservation.

  • Group discounts apply to more than 4 people in your group.

  • 4 people needed to operate the vessel; we will notify you 4 days prior if we have not met the minimum and you can reschedule or get a refund.

  • All major credit cards are accepted. We cannot accept cash. Checks can be accepted if booked 30 days or more in advance.


  • Changes to dates or numbers = cancellations if made within 72 hours (3 days) of departure date

  • Full refund or credit for changes outside of 72 hours (3 days) of the departure date.

  • No refund for changes made within 72 hours (3 days) of the departure date.

  • If WE have to cancel for any reason you get a full refund or credit, this includes not meeting our minimum.

  • If you use a gift card or credit and change your reservation these policies apply to that value.


Strong wind, heavy rain, and lightning are generally the only conditions that we have to cancel trips for. We do not cancel due to light rain. Weather is very localized in our area and we watch it very carefully all the time. Cancellations may be made 3 days in advance in some extreme conditions, but most cancellations must be made within 12 hours of departure to be accurate. In some cases we don’t know until the morning of your trip. We do our best to make the right call, but we always hedge to caution, and therefore our decision is final.
